Your diet plans are like the real ones not much of high end products and trust me you are the first person who talked about including full cream milk, ghee mustard oil basically the handy products in your plans! “During my journey with LIT, I started getting online training sessions with Neil. Neil expertly guides with nutrition and training, providing support when needed. During sessions, he is always ready with the teaching materials. He is extremely Knowledgeable in what he does, be it nutrition, diet, fitness or exercises. Neil always make sure that the sessions are interesting and challenging at the same time. Neil always provides an explanation as to why and what we should be doing on regular basis. Making aware of the pro’s and con’s of the so called brands available in the market, which proudly says they are “natural and harmless”… and we blindly believe.
